WorldLens VR App Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are owned and managed by me, Boe ("him," "he," or "his"). They (the "Terms") govern your use of the WorldLens VR App (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Your Acceptance of these Terms
By using the App, you affirm that you are at least 12 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the App on behalf of a minor aged 12 or older, you accept these Terms on their behalf and agree to supervise their use of the App.
2. App Access and Use
2.1 License: I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense or transfer your rights under these Terms to any third party.
2.2 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers.
Attempt to access or use the App in a manner not intended by me.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App.
3. Privacy and Data Usage
Please review this Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is used and protected when you use the App. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
4. User-Generated Content
The App may allow you to input text or messages. You are solely responsible for the content of such text inputs. You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
5. Updates and Changes
I may release updates to the App to improve performance or add new features. You agree to promptly update the App to the latest version provided by the Developer/me.
6. Termination
I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, with or without cause and without notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will cease.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.2 Limitation of Liability: I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.
8. Refunds
App and Add-on refunding is a system completely managed by Meta, I have no control over it. If you want to refund and something goes wrong, please refer to Meta's policies / terms and contact Meta Quest (Horizon) Support.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
